1.BWTS/SCRUBBER Design & Evaluation

According to the drawings and documents on board,study the BWTS/SCRUBBER arrangement plans and preliminary determine the BWTS/SCRUBBER treatment method and equipment type.

2.On-board(3D-Scanning)

Considering the selected BWTS/SCRUBBER equipment and arrangement on board;determine the equipment arrangement and cable coute;carry out the 3D-Scanning.

3.Approval Design

According to the requirements of the Classification,prepare the relevant approval drawings,calculation and final drawings.

4.Reverse Process(point-cloudy)

Edit the point-doudy data(*.pts) and exchange the data into solid data by reverse process.

5.3D Production Design

Carry out 3D modeling design;provide the fabrication drawings,installation drawings,etc.

6.Equipment Installation Process

According to the construction drawings,finish the pipe fabrication in workshop and install the BWTS/SCRUBBER equipment on board.

7.BWTS/SCRUBBER System Commissioning

After the installation,do the commissioning(before commissioning,training and authorization from equipment manufacturer is neoessary).
